As a Sales Representative/Concierge/Guest Service, you will be responsible for:

• Booking sightseeing tours of Niagara Falls, NY to tourists from our various leading hotel lobbies & sales locations.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding attractions, sightseeing tour descriptions & sightseeing points of interests to guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred – Training available
• Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly & outgoing personality as well as a professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Niagara Falls & the surrounding areas is a plus, but not required. If you have the right personality, are calm under pressure & have clear communication skills, we can train the rest.
• Ability to pass Niagara Falls licensing exam (Training provided)
• Ability to ustilize company specific technology (Training provided)
• Have flexibility with your schedule & on call as needed.
